Legislative District 10 Democrats welcome all people and all points of view, and we are most interested in how we can improve our nation and our community. As Democrats, we adhere to a higher standard: a commitment to make the government work for everyone to ensure equality and justice and the protection of everyone’s civil liberties; honesty in government; a progressive and equitable tax system, and a belief that the long term success of our country requires that all of us work together for the benefit of ALL the people.
If you are interested in these values and wish to focus on improving government’s ability to serve the people, please join us. As Democrats, we will always welcome your ideas and even your criticism.
During 2011, we plan to hold our monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month, at 7 p.m. at the Cholla Middle School, 3120 W. Cholla Avenue, Phx 85029, Rm. 305. The school is about midway between Cactus and Peoria on 31st Avenue. However, because ‘life isn’t perfect…even for Democrats,’ please check the Calendar for the exact location of each meeting.
